Implementation

A managed path from first call to working kiosks

Implementation is a service, not homework for your team.

Stage duration depends on menu size, number of locations and your iiko configuration. A realistic schedule is part of the post-assessment proposal.

Before installation

  1. Discovery

A short conversation about your format, venues, guest flow and goals.

  2. Technical review

We examine your iiko configuration, payment scheme and infrastructure.

  3. Menu preparation

Categories, items, photos, modifiers, combos and prices — structured for self-ordering.

  4. Interface configuration

Branding, colors, languages and suggestion logic.

  5. Hardware preparation

The kiosk is assembled and tested with your menu before it ships to the venue.

Installation week

  1. Installation

Delivery, mounting, connection and placement — done by kiyo.

  2. End-to-end testing

Real scenarios on site: menu, payment, receipts, hand-off to iiko.

  3. Staff training

Helping guests, daily care and whom to contact.

After launch

  1. Launch support

We stay close in the first days and tune the flow to real guest behavior.

  2. Maintenance & support

Scheduled service, warranty and technical support as your business grows.
